As someone who's watched the transformation of Banthatthong Road, I can say Mee Dee stands out in the local street food scene. The restaurant is beautifully renovated, and the ambiance at 7pm on a Sunday is lively, with a mix of locals and tourists. The braised chicken, stir-fried kale, roast pork, and crispy tofu were all excellent. It's a bit pricier, but the people-watching experience alone is worth it.
The food at Mee Dee exceeded my expectations. Every dish was delicious, and I couldn't resist taking photos of my meal. It's a restaurant you should definitely try if you're in the area.
If you're in the mood for incredible sit-down street food, Mee Dee is the place to be. The service is quick and efficient, and the food quality is consistently high. The prices are excellent, and the restaurant is clean. I highly recommend trying the fried tofu with salt and pepper and the seafood Tom yum without coconut milk. It's a must-visit if you have time for just one meal in the area.
Mee Dee Restaurant offers a delightful dining experience with its delicious dishes and lively atmosphere. I tried the rice dish, which was fantastic, and the Tom yum soup, although a bit heavy on the lemongrass for my taste, was a large portion and worth the price. The staff are incredibly friendly, making the overall experience very enjoyable.

Kampang Banthat Thong Restaurants
Visited Kampang on a weekday evening around 5pm, and while there were some tables available, it's clear this place is popular, so reservations are recommended. The grilled chicken was tasty but a bit tricky to eat as the meat stuck to the bone. The meat dishes, though flavorful, were a tad chewy. The vanilla jasmine lemon tea wasn't to my liking. Prices are on the higher side, and the staff seemed a bit slow in responding to customers.
