Dining at No Name Noodle is more than just about the food; it's about the entire experience. The dishes are crafted with evident love and pride, and the service exceeds expectations. The ambiance is both comfortable and elegant, making it a place I would happily return to. The staff's guidance on how to enjoy the ramen was an added bonus, making the experience even more special. Despite the limited parking and the walk from BTS Promphong station, the quality of the food and service makes it all worthwhile.
Making a reservation at No Name Noodle was surprisingly easy, contrary to what I had heard. The ramen noodles were perfectly firm, offering a sleek texture that paired beautifully with the soup. Trying the Tamago Kake Gohan for the first time was a revelation, making it one of the best ramen experiences I've had, both in Bangkok and NYC. The staff's friendliness and helpful guidance on enjoying the ramen added to the overall delightful experience.
I had an exceptional dining experience at No Name Noodle in Bangkok. The Premium Yuzu Shio Soba Set was a delightful blend of flavors like salty, sour, and umami, all harmoniously mixed. The sourness of the yuzu complemented the saltiness of the meat perfectly. The restaurant's attention to detail, including offering mouthwash and dental floss in the restroom, elevated the service quality. Although the meal was on the expensive side, it was certainly worth every baht for the unique and satisfying experience.

The restaurant's commitment to excellence is evident in the beautifully crafted dishes that provide an exceptional dining journey. Guests appreciate the thoughtful service, as demonstrated when the air conditioning broke down but was compensated with complimentary mocktails, iced tea, and a discount on the final bill. The uni and otoro are particularly noteworthy, offering flavors that are unmatched outside Japan.

Elements, Inspired by Ciel Bleu 15 Best Fine Dining Restaurants in Bangkok for 2025
Dining at Elements, Inspired by Ciel Bleu, is a delightful experience that beautifully marries Japanese and French cuisines. The set menus offer a range of 4, 6, or 8 courses at reasonable prices, with the 6-course meal costing around 7,000 Baht per person. The dishes, while not overly exciting, are executed with excellence, and the wine pairing, priced at 1,050++ for five glasses, complements the meal well.
