Sushi Saito – a One Star: High quality cooking restaurant in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide Thailand. The MICHELIN inspectors’ point of view, information on prices, types of cuisine and opening hours on the MICHELIN Guide's official website

Le Guide MICHELIN - le site officiel

Loved the little details here — the chef noticing I was left-handed and even checking if I wanted the menu changed was pretty impressive, and that tuna trio was ridiculously good. Also got to try anago for the first time, which was a nice surprise and not at all weird in the bad way.

Sushi Saito Thailand offers a remarkable omakase experience, characterized by a beautifully balanced progression of flavors and textures. The opening trio of Mozuku, Tara Shirako, and Seikogani sets a perfect tone with their clean, seasonal notes. The sushi sequence shines with the perfectly marinated Kohada, creamy Sumi Ika, and an exceptional trio of Akami, Chutoro, and Otoro, each showcasing deep umami flavors. The Shiro Ebi and Anago provide a sweet and rich contrast, while the Miso Soup and Futo Maki transition smoothly to desserts, where the delicate Tamago Yaki and fragrant Matcha Mousse delightfully conclude the meal.

Sushi Saito Thailand impresses with its super fresh ingredients, sourced from the same supplier as its renowned counterpart in Japan. The Chirashi Don stands out, with rice that pairs perfectly with the fish and is temperature-adjusted for each dish to enhance the dining experience. The warm and welcoming atmosphere, along with attentive staff, makes this restaurant a top choice for lovers of authentic Japanese sushi.

Bussaba W. (2026)

Experiencing Sushi Saito Thailand for the first time feels akin to a 3-star Michelin experience. The warm and welcoming chef crafts each piece of sushi with precision, especially the uni, which is sweet, creamy, and uniquely flavored. Booking the Full Omakase course with uni is highly recommended for an unforgettable taste sensation.

Naomi Walker (2026)

For those seeking a more intimate dining experience, Sushi Saito Thailand provides a private and uncrowded setting that allows guests to fully appreciate the chef's skill. The omakase course is swift yet satisfying, with each piece of sushi fresh and of superior quality, particularly the uni. The Japanese chef's expertise and knowledge are evident throughout the meal, making it a memorable culinary journey.

Samuel (2026)

Uni enthusiasts will find Sushi Saito Thailand a must-visit, as the unique flavor of the uni here is unparalleled. Every ingredient is incredibly fresh, and the expertly crafted sauces complement each type of fish beautifully. The chef's friendly demeanor and meticulous attention to detail enhance the overall dining experience, making each bite a harmonious blend of flavors.
