I highly recommend Blue for both tourists and locals seeking a fine dining experience. The food was superb, and the service was professional and friendly. However, the cooking time was longer than expected, taking about two and a half hours to complete the courses. Despite this, the overall experience was delightful and worth the visit.
Our visit to Blue had its highs and lows. The restaurant's location offered a breathtaking view of the river, contributing to the elegant ambiance. While some staff members were engaging, service lapses like a delayed hand towel and a dietary oversight were disappointing. The food quality was high, but the overall experience lacked cohesion, making it feel more formulaic than expected. Given the price, we were left wishing for a more memorable culinary journey.
We celebrated a special occasion at Blue by Alain Ducasse and were thoroughly impressed. The food was excellent, with French cuisine beautifully executed and modern fusion twists that delighted our taste buds. The service was a standout, being attentive and well-paced, which made us feel relaxed and comfortable. The dining room's stunning design added to the unforgettable experience.
