The heritage tasting menu paired with wine at Nahm was exceptional. The restaurant showcases Thai cuisine at its finest, using local ingredients elegantly. Dishes ranged from classic to unique, with highlights like turmeric crab curry and herbal scallops. The only downside was some courses arriving together, causing one to cool while eating the other. More spacing could further enhance this already impressive dining experience.

I opted for a set menu dinner, allowing the chef to select my courses, akin to a Japanese Omakase experience. The Thai food was delicious, enhanced by our waiter, Jun, who was both friendly and professional. His detailed explanations enriched the meal, making it a highly recommended experience.

While Nahm holds a Michelin star, the experience felt somewhat disjointed. The flavors were overpowering, lacking cohesion across the meal. The appetizer was average, the soup disappointing, and the mains overly spicy without harmony. Desserts were a redeeming feature, but the overall meal fell short of expectations.

The ambiance at Nahm is beautifully curated, and the service is exceptional. I tried the vegetarian course, which offered a modern twist on local Thai cuisine. Some dishes were unexpectedly spicy, but the tasting menu overall provided excellent value for money. I left feeling satisfied and content.
